OFFICE HOURS
Office hours for scheduling an appointment are Monday – Friday,
9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
We will need a referral from your primary care or treating physician to schedule you for an appointment. If your insurance requires authorization, we will also need a referral authorization from your insurance company. We do accept self referrals for hernias and hemorrhoids, but the insurance authorization is still necessary when your insurance company requires one.

MAP & DIRECTIONS
Coming from the South:
Take I-5 north to the Medford, Barnett Road exit #27. Turn right onto E Barnett Road. Travel approximately one mile. Turn left at Medical Center Dr. (This is the entrance to the Rogue Valley Medical Center campus.) Continue on Medical Center Dr. past the RVMC Emergency Department ramp. Oregon Surgical Specialists is located on the third floor of the Cardiovascular Institute Building on your left just past the Smullin Health Education Center.
Coming from the North:
