General and Vascular Surgeon Dr. Street received his undergraduate degree with distinction at Point Loma College in San Diego and went on to complete his medical degree, surgical internship, residency, and chief surgical residency at the University of California in Davis, CA. In addition he completed a Vascular Surgery Research and Clinical Fellowship at the University of Rochester in New York. Dr. Street is board-certified in General Surgery with a Certificate of added qualifications in Vascular Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and is a member of the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgery, the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, the International Society of Endovascular Surgery, and the Society of Vascular Surgery.
General and Vascular Surgeon Dr. Faught received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and his medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, earning both with academic honors. He served his internship and residency in general surgery at The University of Utah Medical Center and completed his Fellowship in Peripheral Vascular Surgery at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. Dr. Faught is board-certified in General Surgery with a Certificate of added qualifications in Vascular Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and is a member of the International Society for Vascular Surgery and the Society of Laparoscopic Surgery.
General and Vascular Surgeon Dr. Traul received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his medical degree from Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his general surgery residency and Surgical Research Fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed an additional Vascular Surgery Fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio. Dr. Traul is board-certified in General Surgery with a Certificate of added qualifications in Vascular Surgery. During his fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, he was actively involved with the pre-FDA approval clinical trials for endoluminal aortic grafts. This experience was instrumental in establishing Oregon Surgical Specialists as one of the first practices to offer this procedure to the public after the FDA approved the device in September 1999. Dr. Traul is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons,as well as a member of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery and the International Society for Vascular Surgery.
General and Vascular Surgeon Dr. Eaton received his medical degree with honors at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. As a senior medical student, he participated in a“Surgical Externship” at El Centro Medical National in Mexico City. He completed his surgical residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, TX and his Vascular Surgery Fellowship at the University of Tennessee’s Graduate School of Medicine in Knoxville, TN. Dr. Eaton is board-certified in General Surgery with a Certificate of added qualifications in Vascular Surgery. He is Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, as well as a member of the International Society for Vascular Surgery, American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Eaton is also the Chairman of Surgery at Rogue Valley Medical Center. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
General and Vascular Surgeon Dr. Castillo received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York and his medical degree from New York University Medical Center, where he also completed his Fellowship in Vascular Surgery. Dr. Castillo served his surgical residency at the University of Southwestern Medical Center’s Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He is board-certified in General Surgery with a certificate of added qualifications in Vascular Surgery. Dr. Castillo is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, the International Society for Vascular Surgery and American Society of Breast Surgeons. He is currently the Chairman for the Joint Cancer Committee of Medford, Oregon.
General Surgeon Dr. O’Neal graduated from medical school Alpha Omega Alpha. She received her Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas, and completed her surgical residency at Parkland Memorial, a University of Texas Southwestern Medical hospital. Dr. O’Neal is board-certified in General Surgery. She is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons, the Society of Surgical Oncology, and is a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons. Dr. O’Neal is also the Trauma Director for Rogue Valley Medical Center. |
