Welcome to Oregon Surgical Specialists Patient Tools Portal
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the tools available to you on our Web site. If you are a first-time patient, please be sure to read about Before Your First Visit, where you will be asked to fill out several forms prior to coming to the office.
New Patient Login
Once you have filled out your initial patient forms, you can create an account and be invited to your patient portal. There, you can login to your account and renew prescriptions, pay your bill, request test results, ask our nurse a question, and more – all online! Access your Account
Referrals: We will need a referral from your primary care or treating physician to schedule you for an appointment. If your insurance requires authorization, we will also need a referral authorization from your insurance company. We do accept self-referrals for hernias and hemorrhoids, but the insurance authorization is still necessary when your insurance company requires one.
