Scheduling Information

Appointments for a consultation with one of our surgeons or specialty departments can be made by calling (541) 282-6680 or 1-800-761-9303.

Office hours are Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

We will need a referral from your primary care or treating physician to schedule you for an appointment. If your insurance requires authorization, we will also need a referral authorization from your insurance company. We do accept self referrals for hernias and hemorrhoids, but the insurance authorization is still necessary when your insurance company requires one.
